You can modify, add or delete website listings at any time by logging into your account and clicking on "Manage my website listings" or "List new websites".

When submitting a website or web page on Tuuube, this information become available through Tuuube's Search Engine and accessible to anyone who uses the Internet. As such, sharing of Web Information is done at your own risk and this Web Information will immediately become publicly available. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal of your website listing(s), copies of your Web Information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your Web Information.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

As a general rule, we don't sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties. However, your Personal Information could be disclosed in the following precise circumstances:

• To respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a website or web page listing violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property or safety.

To access any other personal information that we keep but isn't directly accessible on Tuuube, contact us. Tuuube reserves the right to decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, jeopardize the privacy of others, require disproportionate technical effort, or would be impractical and unreasonable such as deleting information on backup tapes or other inaccessible data source.
